The program includes a range of activities over the week:

• introductory and advanced classes in meditation
• experimenting with meditation commentaries, meditation in action and silence periods both alone and with the group
• sessions, classes and discussions on topics such as: enhancing lifestyle to support spirituality; vegetarianism; retaining spirituality in complex lives; stress-free living; the philosophy and teachings of the Brahma Kumaris
• small group meetings with experienced yogis, including time with the spiritual leaders
• the company of people from around the world.
