The  program includes a range of activities over the week:

  • Introductory and advanced classes in meditation
  • Experimenting with meditation commentaries, meditation in action and silence periods both alone and with the group
  • Sessions, classes and discussions on topics such as: enhancing lifestyle to support spirituality; vegetarianism; retaining spirituality in complex lives; stress-free living; and the philosophy and teachings of The Brahma Kumaris
  • Small group meetings with experienced yogis, including time with the spiritual leaders
  • The company of people from around the world
