The program includes several off campus activities for personal enjoyment and self study:
- silent walk and sunset meditation at Baba’s Rock
- picnic, games and evening meditation at the Peace Park
- meditation and information session at J Watumull Global Hospital and Research Centre (a Brahma Kumaris community partnership project)
- reflection time at the Dilwara Jain temples complex.
These sessions provide opportunities to practise meditation in varied settings and contexts. These experiences can assist you to appreciate the beauty and usefulness of meditation and stimulate thought on how to integrate meditation into community, family and work life.
