Throughout the day there are short ‘traffic control’ meditation stops. These moments are opportunities to be consciously aware of what is happening in your mind and a chance to change the direction of your thoughts towards more peaceful, loving ones.
Everyone is also welcome to join with the residents of Gyan Sarovar in special early morning ‘Amrit Vela’ meditation from 4:00 – 4:45am daily.
