6:30–8:00am        Meditation and Morning Walk or Exercises

8:00–9:00am        Breakfast

9:30–12:30pm      Morning Session

12:30–1:30pm      Lunch

Afternoon Off-campus sessions or Free Time

6:15–7:30pm        Session and Evening Meditation

7:30–8:30pm        Dinner

8:45–9:30pm        Free Time or After-dinner Activities including Dance, Music and Storytelling

9:45pm                 Good Night…Sleep Well

Throughout the day there are short ‘traffic control’ meditation stops. These moments are opportunities to be consciously aware of what is happening in your mind and a chance to change the direction of your thoughts towards more peaceful, loving ones.

Everyone is also welcome to join with the residents of Gyan Sarovar in special early morning ‘Amrit Vela’ meditation from 4:00–4:45am daily.
